I think you need to check the billet Vs forged explanation.Billet is machined from a solid 'lump' of steel,forged is 'as stoc production', made in a forge and 'stamped' into shape hot,billet is ALL machined from solid.

Yes. My mistake... It's not billet. It's Forged Steel. That's what I get for posting late... :rolleyes: Still supported a bunch of power though... wink

My last car had a Billet crank. Forged Billet & nitride hardened from the factory... Talk about unbreakable... You ever heard over 2.6L of 4 cylinder spin to near 8k on a daily basis... laugh
