At least I'm not in for as much as Lance is, but I am really gonna miss that $300!

Take my word for it, it may not fit right in all 2.5 transaxles. mad Either send it to Terry, or get a GOOD shop to do it. Ask Terry, he'll tell you all about how the unit is designed for the Zetec/MTX-75 combo (just like Focus RS). Carbide m/c tools won't hurt either. Oh yeah, once you buy it, the unit is yours. Don't even think of trying to tell Quaife that their part might not be right.

I'd love one some day.. but what's the point if you have a traction control vehical.. Not like the car lets you break'm loose that easy anyways...

Unless of course the traction control won't kick in thanks to the torque bais.. (Hmm answer to my own ? :p )

Actually, the TC kicks in all the time -- and spoils the fun. I disconnected the cable control unit because I got sick of hitting the TC button to disable it all the time.

Believe me, you DON'T want TC once you have the Quaife.

eek There's a button to turn off TS?! Where? I swear to god I don't remember seeing one in my dad's 99 SE.. ( of course I only drive it while he's in the car so I'm not trying to peel rubber smile

I'll smack myself if I missed it..
