I just bought an optima battery, and I need a little help on what to do the the plates on the negative and positive side. Im going to cut the old terminals off and put new ones on by splicing into the old wires. I think there is 3 wires attached to a plate and it connects to the positives side, and 4 wire attached to a plate that connects to the negative side. I just need to know what to do with them, or what to buy to make it a clean install. Thanks.
