The SV650 is not a bad choice at all. Would be lower insurance rates (which should be a deciding factor), and there's not much plastic to scratch up when you drop it (you WILL drop it).

I'm surprized you don't put the F4i in the same category as the R6 and Gixxer. Sure, it's not the 600RR, but it's still a rippin' bike. And believe me, the seat on the F4i had nothing to do with comfort on long rides.
