No...its basicaly a resister that fools your MAF into thinking your getting more air...its pretty much snake oil.
Positive gains have only been proven by dyno tuning (Arizona Dyno Chip) with a well know dyno tuner that has had ecperience with our vehicals....Don;t buy into it...if you want to try it go ahead, for 7 bucks (but shipping will get you) its not that bad...but you can find instuctions on how to make it on the net, and you ended up spending maybe 3 bucks on making it.
All in all it doesn really work...too many variables...Dyno tuning is the way to go.
