The biggest issue then is getting them to fit in the small space provided or having to fabricate a new cable bracket. Room is tight so there is not much leeway.
Either that or just making up an entire set of custom cables and brackets. I bet that's what Mumm did. When mine broke is was the stock cable itself that pulled apart. (it starts by breaking a few strands and then eventually just fails outright) It was not the linkage or grommets that failed on mine.
I don't recall him saying he had to make new brackets for the cables. When I saw his car he was telling me about those and all the other stuff they put rod ends on. I know its on the website for the car build.
If you beg and plead long enough, maybe Mumm will make some for you. How do you think I got my solid engine mounts? They took me three months for him to agree, then another two before he actually had time to make them... but I got 'em! He's made jigs for practically everything he's ever made to put on his car...
