I can send pics, but I don't want to remove the intake tube, resonator, etc. Is that ok? I mean, would you be able to tell any thing from it? I guess I could remove them, though I'd preffer to avoid it. EDIT: If I send pics do I get a discount when it's done!?!? I'm just messing with you. I don't expect a handout, you're doing enough for us zetec's in the first place!

LOL, you don't need to take it apart, please take pics of the areas of concern, which are the IAT and the rear side of the valve cover. Thanks very much.

Thanks very much. You've got mail, Chris! I hope I got the angles that you need. If I didn't, or you need something else, please don't hesitate to ask. I have access to a digital camera almost all the time, so taking more pics is not a problem. Thanks!

Is there a chance you could unscrew or take out the IAT so that I can get a good look at the design? That seems to be the sore spot at the moment. I'm thinking also about the valve cover breather issue. May have to run a tube over to the intake port.

I would assume that it means Intermediate Air Filter (but we all know what assuming does, don't we). It that is what it is, where is it?

Looks like a threaded fitting will be necessary at an additional cost or I am thinking that a newer push-in style IAT may be able to be used instead as a retrofit. We could include these, if it will work, at an additional cost to the kit.
