Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications Duratec Performance New Clutch & SVT Flywheel

I need to have my clutch replaced so I took it to AAMCO to get an estimate. They estimated it would cost $700. to replace it. I was wondering if this is right. To me it seems kinda high but then this is the first MTX I have owned. They also stated that when they replace the clutch they also remove the flywheel to polish it for a smooth contact with the new clutch. I was wondering if I have them replace teh clutch with the SVT flywheel what kind of performance will I get?
I have heard other members talk about it but not heard of the performance change. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks
