I still want to know if i can beat a na supra.  and Y2KSVT you need to relax. There is thread jacking going on all the time and no one seems to mind but you. Most of the time people even apologize for jacking a thread.

Evidently we don't all have the same sense of humor.. I have one, most people don't.. If you take everything so lightly then don't post.. I, like 98% of the people here get bored of reading through these posts about Will my car do this and will I beat this.. It would actually be pretty cool if people came in and said "Hey guess what, I just whooped the shizzle out of my buddies 300ZX and he decided to sell his car because he got beat by a grocery getter.. Now THAT would be awesome!! And even when people ask, they never come back to say "hey I won, or hey I lost" because it just dies as a "what would happen if"..

If you want closure, I beat my neighbor's 3.2CL-S with I/E a month ago, a week later it was replaced by a Lightning....

um all i was saying???? is the 1/4 mile time for the na auto is a low 15 same with the svt..... so shut up. csvt will get it off the line. if the 300 is in decent shape it will start to gain on the csvt. after 1/4 mile it should start to pass you. its geared for higher speeds than the contour. csvt 0-60 high 6- 7 second flat. 300 na 7.5 sec. both share the same 1/4 times so it could be close. i would think that if you dont launch very good it will be hard to stay ahead after about 60 mph. thanks for reading this garbage
