ok the oil pump is gonna be kinda hard to replace with the engine in the car. to remove the oil pump you need to remove the timing chaings which requires alot to be removed so it will be a little time consuming
the pump from ford is listed at 132.60 the part number is XW4Z6600DA
and yes you can get the camshafts seperate from each other, but if you think you have done damage to one, you should check them all
