I would shame all of you calling him fat/lazy/etc. I find it really sad and wonder what causes people to become like this. Obviously something other than the enjoyment of eating is causing them to nearly eat themselves to death.
It must be some kind of emotional pain, abuse or trauma such as molestation, rape, childhood abandonment, etc and their trying to drown their pain. Some people choose drugs or booze, some choose food.

Todd, the viscious cycle that Fat Bastard discusses is very real, very true, and very sad. Sure is funny when he let's one squeek out afterwards...  I woke up on the sensative side of the bed today.  You know what sucks though? This guy's care is going to cost MILLIONS of dollars, and the hospital is going to eat it. These millions could be spent on immunizing children and public education that benefits waaay more than one person. I hope this man understands this, and doesn't take it for granted.
