So im looking for some splash guards for my contour. I want to keep the paint as good as I can for as long as I have it. So im trying to find some hard plastic ones, I want some that I can easily bolt on and that donâ??t flap around, hard plastic. I will take the traditional ones that are just a slap of plastic, but I was wondering if there werenâ??t any like the ones on the front of the cavalier that I could find. Anybody know where I can go to find some?

Dunno about the ones that this Cavalier features - can't see shite on the pic - but lotsa of splash guards are offered on Ebay, most of 'em are OEM for Contour.

I have a rear set for sale. I had both front and back, but someone bought the front ones thinking they were something else (fender liners) and decided to just keep them. If you want the rear set, I'll sell you mine (brand new, factory Ford w/ mounting hardware and instructions) for $30. I could get you the name of the guy who bought my front ones too, they may still be for sale.

The factory ones are hard plastic and fit my GL (without ground effects) very well. IIRC they were around $40 or $50. A pic: http://users.nexet.net/dbateman/contour/DSCF0839.JPG
