Snafu...
I've heard suggestions that it might happen (a phase out), but 'till then, the last solid info I've seen mentioned that the standards were to be tightened each year.
The
Drive Clean website doesn't have much to say either way - have you got any details?
My cat-less test experience was pretty wierd - just failed the NO2 test on the first go round, then a couple of weeks later with no real work done on the car it passed w/o any problems.
I suspect results like mine are why the process may get scrapped eventually.
