about 4:45 this evening, getting on the inbound I-55 at Rt 83, saw black CSVT coming up behind me on the ramp, no front license plate. who was it?

could have been me, I still have my car registered in MI, so I havent put a front plate on it. But it would have had to have been around 5-5:15 for it to be me.

my first thought was that it might have been you, but I thought you got on at Lagrange. Could have been closer to 5:00, I was in my silver SVT. you were staying in the right lanes while I jumped over to the left as quick as I could.
