The SVT TB will bolt up fine but remember you'll need to change brackets, etc. here's a link to the Mods section article:

I put a stock SVT TB on the Mystique along with a KKM, and removed the resonator to good results, except for the intermittent lift-throttle drone.
The concensus here is that the K&N RU-3530 is the best way to go for a filter, so I'd suggest you look at that.
For $300 you should be able to pickup a used SVT TB from the classifieds here and get the K&N. If you're lucky you might have enough left over for a CAI (some have said they like the Cougar Concepts one - I don't know anything about them - others may know of better CAIs) or just do a heat shield yourself.
If you do it that way then you can always get your TB optimized later (you can put your stock SE TB on while you wait).
