I run a 14.9 @ 91mph and I have only a chip, shortshifter, and rem. resonator. I believe it was 82* that day at Beach Bend (Kentucky).

4-lugs = less unsprung weight = faster acceleration = better handling = nimbler steering response = better all-around car

I sure am glad I don't have 5-lugs slowing me down... That would sure suck!!!

How could 4 extra lugs slow you down significantly enuff for it to show up on a timeslip let alone a butt dyno? No offense but I don't see the point. this is not a flame or a "new" debate I am starting; just asking a question.

Rara:

Why did you edit my post? The 12' foot stick thing was funny! laugh

For the rest,
The 4 lug thing was an question on how a Autocross car would handle all that G, only on 4 lugs? Thats all I was asking, or saying. You figure a 5 would give you better support for the weight off a 4-door sedan.

In-Dom-8 (however you spell your name, really dont care),
This was never about fighting, or brawling or whatever you HERO ass wants to think. Ill let you think you can kick my ass with these stats....I weigh in about 120lbs, and bench press around 95lbs, so im sure in Real life you can take me. Where is the next Chicago Contour BBQ going to be? Hopefully at your house? wink

Everyone wants to be a hero. confused

ok, I think the actual topic at hand is long gone, and it has become a pissing match.

and for those keeping score at home, JSVT admitted he was talking out of his butt, I-dom-in-8 can't argue without it getting personal, and dukeofsho tosses rose petals before Jay's feet laugh

Seriously, this is long over, so I'm gonna lock it before the topic proceeds down the road of "oh yeah, well if you come to the next meet, my dad will beat up your dad."

Have a wonderful day!

It's all about balance.
