Ar...try proof-reading and spell-checking yourself. First off it's I-Dom-In-8 and not In-Dom-8. Second, grammar is spelled with an "a" not an "e". Third, commas aren't needed after grammar and after spelling. Do you think "and spelling" is an independent clause or an appositive? I'm not saying that other people are perfect either in their writing, but when you single it out you better damn make sure you're not making an ass out of yourself by being a hypocrite.
BTW - I will repeat what BlackSVT said, since your ignorance caused you to repeat yourself over and over. $0.2 is 20 cents. The first digit to the right of a decimal is tenths. 2/10 of a dollar = 20 cents. Now the second digit to the right is hundredths. $0.02 = 2/100 = 2 cents, which might be what you were looking for. Can we say remedial math?
