Humm...I've gone with J every time he's been to the track. There has been several times where there have been other SVT tours around & running. They were all in the mid 15's if that. As for the 4 lug thing..... I wonder why Ford went to 5 lugs on the newer Mustangs....maybe because of the hp gain?

You guys can dump all your money in these cars you want. As for me I never fall in love with any car!! You wave enough money in front of me its gone. To me there just toy!!

Yea lock it up, because obviously, you cannot base an argument and back it up. Thats why I get such a kick out of this board. You CEGers like it when things go your way, but when someone comes over and ask "Why?" on something...and it doesnt seem to float your boat, you lock up the thread. Im not here to jumble your panites, or push buttons. I was just here to give an argument, but you guys seem to avoid confrontation. If you would like we can take this "rambling" to SVTperforance.com. Im not against anyone, I actually like a few of you guys. I give Rara a hard time, and a few others, but I consider them to be "Internet buddies". .2 = My opinion, thats all.

Well, I guess some of you Tour guys just dont get it!!
Several other guys & myself run the SHOcago club J is there everytime. He busts our balls & we bust his. It's all in fun if you guys take this **** to heart there some thing wrong with you guys. If you guy just want some good ole fun come to our club meets we welcome all fast 4 door sedans. Where we talk **** about each others car and not take it to heart.

i said lock it up because you are NOT providing any usable information, and just try to act like a badass who is going to "beat everyone up". Leave your 17 year old mentality at another board. what is your point with the 4-lug argument on this?????? lug size/pattern is simply a matter of load on the wheel hubs that needs to be transferred out to the wheel. When Contour SVT's start shearing lugs on a regular basis, then talk to me. Unfortunately for your argument, that just doesn't happen, ever. Please explain your reasoning behind this ill will toward a 4-lug configuration, especially for auto-x.
Personally, if a 4-lug is beefy enough to handle the loads put into it, why would I want to go to a heavier 5-lug setup?
The contour is roughly a 3000 lb car at normal weight, and the Mustang is roughly 3500lb big difference between those when you are converting them into max cornering loads.

Hey dumbass, before you go flaming other people for their lousy grammAr...try proof-reading and spell-checking yourself. First off it's I-Dom-In-8 and not In-Dom-8. Second, grammar is spelled with an "a" not an "e". Third, commas aren't needed after grammar and after spelling. Do you think "and spelling" is an independent clause or an appositive? I'm not saying that other people are perfect either in their writing, but when you single it out you better damn make sure you're not making an ass out of yourself by being a hypocrite.

BTW - I will repeat what BlackSVT said, since your ignorance caused you to repeat yourself over and over. $0.2 is 20 cents. The first digit to the right of a decimal is tenths. 2/10 of a dollar = 20 cents. Now the second digit to the right is hundredths. $0.02 = 2/100 = 2 cents, which might be what you were looking for. Can we say remedial math?
