JSVT

If you do not understand why your first post is so ridiculously incorrect.

You are a lost cause... 'nuff said...

BTW - Where do you run these 15.1's? What Temp & Elevation.

Not to mention straight line is NOT what the Contour is about... (see above comment)

Still trying to decipher the 4-lugs-not-for-autocross comment. Two words: Mazda Miata.

And as for durability, I can attest to hundreds of dragstrip launches on my 4-lugged, 16" wheeled 12 second LX with nary a concern.

Byron Dragway. It was prolly mid 70s that day.

And I'm sorry but the comment about the Contour not being a straight line car is a ricer excuse. What FWD car IS a straight line car??

Get a clue...

Ricer excuse??? Whatever trips your trigger.

I never said any FWD was a drag car (though they could be set up as one)

The Contour is a touring and handling car. Personally I like driving myself... You do what you like... I'll use the car the way it was intended to be used...

thats nice if you can get 15.1's but that really doesn't mean JACK! maybe you have a fast track (yes i know EVERYONE claims they run at a slow track, so don't throw that at me) If you want to compare driving skills, get on the same track, same day. Everything else is just talk. I love how everyone compares dyno numbers and track numbers, ever think that different track, different dyno = different times?!?!?

Like my topic said this was my .2 so that means it was my opinion. You guys are quick to respond, and get your panties all in a jumble. For the 4 lugged thing, you say mustangs that push over 500hp. Well thats great, but a LX Mustang wasnt built for the track like a Contour SVT was, so why would they put a X-Cross with a 4-lug rim on it. Just wondering..............

As for this Chicago BS, Give me a break. Meeting you guys once, was enough for me. As for the Kid with the SVT who wanted to race, it would have ended up me, knocking his broke ass out. And if I remember right you guys where pleaing for us not to meet, because something like that would happen...so dont give me that line of Bullsh*it  eek
