My friend who is used to torquey GM engines drove my car and got wasted three lights in a row by a N/A Regal, that is a ~200hp ~205tq Regal (not the 240 hp S/Ced GS model). Anyway, they had a full car load of 50+ who were each heavier than everyone in my car. Basically had I been driving it, I know I'd have hda no problem. But when she drove it, she was fully in gear at 5 mph and 1200 RPMs (or whatever matches up with 5 mph, basically, very low!). You don't do that in an SVT. You got an S/C you rip it up! Isn't that why a clutch has travel, so you can grind clutch pad? (Basically, S/C would be nice.)
