What you want to ask for is a factory amp bypass harness. Ideally you would like to use this harness along with the one that came with your radio. You need to connect the bypass harness to the speaker out of the factory amp and splice the other end of the harness into the speaker outputs of the alpine. BTW can you give a review of this deck when you are done? I am also considering an Alpine HU.
