You can get the wiring harness at any audio shop. Splice the wires into the deck harness, then plug the other side into the factory connector in the dash. Get some of those "U" shaped tools to remove the deck also.
Should be a how-to for removing the door panels around here somewhere. Try a search. You can use some blade connectors to plug the speaker wire into the factory plugs in the door.
