You may want to wait for the new processor to come in before you order a new video card. Granted, the game will be video intensive as hell, but when my Radeon 8500 64MB card died and I replaced it w/ a 9500 Pro 128MB, I noticed NO DIFFERENCE whatsoever in my games...I was actually pretty bummed out.
You may notice a bigger difference since you're still on a geForce 3, but I would definitely look into benchmarks from a site such as
www.tomshardware.com to see which suits your needs the best.
