A Fast Ford Shift Kit is for the linkage on the tranny, mine broke when installing the new block and tranny and there were two options, the shif kit I got was only $83 more than the stock.
And the hood pins are to lock the hood.  DUH j/k

Paint it yellow instead. You'll get 15 hp that way. Only about 2 tq though, but who needs tq??
