When I took my car in for the 90K service, they told me the Idle Air Control Valve is sticking and it was causing them to have difficulty starting it. I've never had any trouble starting the car...is this something i should worry about? Also, is it possible to clean it rather than replace it and how hard is it to replace?

Check the FAQs, there is a HowTo to clean it. All you need to do before removing it is by the gasket which is about $1. by cleaning it you will prevent the thing from having a cold start stall, which when stuck open/closed can and most likely will happen.

Cleaning is only a temp fix, I cleaned mine twice in 7 months. For the $39 from www.autozone.com you may just want to swap it out.

Eh, not that bad, just angle the IAC valve top section to the passenger side of the engine bay, leaving more room to get ur 10mm socket on that bottom bolt.
