that's more or less normal, I think it indicates slight wear, nothing to worry about. pumping the clutch or kicking the gas while the clutch is depressed might help.
bleeding the clutch or replacing tranny fluid might help too, if you're very annoyed by this.
I second the other opinion, clutches in contours last very long, I've replaced mines at 170k (and it still had some life in it), I remember other members reported mileages well above 100-150k with agressive driving style.
synchros in the tranny are more of a weak point, IMHO changing the tranny fluid regularly is important.
