Anastazi,

Most turbo attempts you might have seen or heard place the turbo above the tranny. This is not the case in this kit.

I understand the need for a cost to gauge interest. The manufacturer really wants to have all the kits with intercoolers, and I have to agree. That water/air intercooler will be placed where the battery is/above the tranny.

I don't want to give too much information about the kit because it WILL give away the manufacturer. And neither they nor I want a load of people calling them to get a status on the Contour/Cougar kit.

If you know who it might be, please refrain from calling them. Please rely on me to communicate any information to the group. I promise I will do my best to relay what is going on.

Terry,
I will be in contact with you about the details to get your insight to this. I believe you know quite a bit about this engine smile

As far as pricing, one needs to consider the components that come with the kit. The turbo that will be used in the kit is a little more technologically advanced and more powerful that a 16G.

I can promise you will get what you pay for and the components and engineering that goes into the kit will be first class.

I have enough interest from the NECO group and some members of the CEG right now to get the ball rolling. If all goes well, my car will be up on the rack late September for a massive HP addition. I just hope things go as well as Robert King's SVT with the Vortech kit.
