You seem to be misinformed. The SVT Focus pump drops into the existing pump housing. The Walbro pump requires modification to the housing in order to work. I have the Walbro, but at the time we didn't know the FSVT pump will work with our cars. If I had it to do over again, I would definately use the Focus pump. Theres no longer any reason to use the Walbro.
