I am experiencing fuel starvation under full throttle when I have 1/3 tank or less(car bucks). My driveway has an incline and if I half less than 1/4 tank, my SVT won't start until I put some gas in it from my gas can for the mower. Is this symtomatic of my fuel pump? When the car has over 1/2 a tank, there are no problems.
