-1 piece of rubber cut to act as a bushing (not visible in pic)
-1 large washer to hold the bushing in place
-1 Zip Tie to hold the washer in place

A quick test drive confirmed normal shift operation.



If you don't shift hard, that should be ok.

But if you do shift hard - that wont last.
The zip tie being exposed to heat/cold/pressure will eventually cause it to snap/break.

If you plan to keep it that way, I would suggest using an e-clip.
