ok, the fuel rail has the injectors in it, i know that, but what exactly am i looking for on it that shows its Returnless or not.... confused

Your car is a 98/98.5, it's not returnless.

You can run nitrous regardless. If you have a returnless fuel system, you have to run a wet system instead of a dry one. Return style systems can run either wet or dry. Dry systems need the Fuel Pressure Regualtor to increase fuel flow to accomodate the nitrous without running lean.

If there are two fuel hoses, one in and one out of the fuel rail, then you do not have a returnless fuel system.

Ford switched to returnless sometime mid-'99 model year.
