Autozone sells a plastic one that fits the stock MAF for only $5.
3.05" flange (76.5mm)
2.92" I.D. (74mm)
It does have a slight raised lip reducing I.D. to 2.81" (72mm)
The raised lip can easily be removed.
Either way the stock MAF is only roughly 70mm.
