Umm JVC is good but they just realize there stuff is horrible and has lots of problems. I haven't seen a company that can compare to the DEI customer service

As a matter of fact I was told by a DEI rep that they tried to buy Eclipse. Not sure what happened. DEI is a MEGA company when it comes to Car Audio and Electronics. Clifford, PPI, Viper, Hornet, Valet, Orion, Directed are a few of the Names DEI owns. With DEI all they want is the name so they can market stuff as PPI tahts the same as the Orion amps too and make more becuase its a PPI. Same thing with Power akustic(sp) who bought out soundstream and uses the soundstream name to rebadge there crap! Soundstream used to be flat out amazing now not soo much. Cerwin-Vega has a silent partner the owner of BEL electronics when they almost went under. Cerwin still makes some quality subs and speakers. I have a Cerwin Vega Series 10 brand new on the way that i paid 23dollars for shipped to my House .

My Eclipse HU has been through 2 cars, and have NEVER had a problem. Great sound and great quality. Only dealt with their customer service once, the manual had a couple blank pages. Got a new manual overnighted. I didn't have an issue with their service, but I may just be the fluke.

I still miss you 5303. Just a Plain SE. AKA Big Country I maybe path914's B** now, but wait until he needs his clutch done. We will see WHO is WHO's B** then!
