if anyone has a scanner i can mail you these if u want to scan them in.

Stock with a K&N my car put out 112 hp, and 117 ft lbs of torque.

after my chip installation and removal of resonator and new muffler i was at

116 hp and 121 ft lbs.

now that i made a "header" type deal on the car replacing the whole cat with a pipe the car is up to

120 hp and 129 ft lbs of torque

not bad i guess for a 4cyl right?

Hey, I wouldn't go saying the power increase might not be all that good. 12 lb/ft of torque over stock on a Zetec is a good gain - and more of what you'd be wanting for normal driving anyway.

This is just another example of why I tell people to start modding their exhaust from the cat-forward.

the car is obnoxiously loud. especially when flooring it.... sounds like a chainsaw.

if i put a cherry bomb in the middle where the resonator is... would it lower the noise and not suffocate the exhaust?

It would help, whether or not it would be enough is hard to say.
