I have a 96 contour 2.5 v6 atx. I was wondering if I was to use the svt contour upper and lower intake manifold do i have to change any other parts like throttle body or using the the svt injectors or could i use the same parts? Also, how much increase in hp and torque will i gain by doing these 2 items alone?

The SVT injectors will not work unless you get a new MAF calibrated for 19lb injectors, or have a chip custom burned for them.

The fuel rail is different starting in 1998, so I don't know if that will work with your 1996 without some modifications.

The throttle body does not have to be changed, but for the upper/lower to do their job, you'll want the bigger TB. The TPS sensor connector changed in 1998, so you'll have to figure that out. You'll also need a new throttle cable and bracket for the cable in order for the TB to work.

I fitted the SVT upper intake to my std lower. Fit the SVT TB or you will be wasting your time. Bill Jenkins can supply all the parts.
