If the sound you are hearing is like a clunky or creaky noise when you hit bumps and such, this would be your strut bar. The bar starts to rust over and rattle a little bit after a while. Here is an FAQ about it. Umm with the amount of plastic that is on the rear lid its rather painful tedious process to get rid of it all. I had probably close to 400 dolalrs in dynomat on my trunk lid and trunk and it still rattled like a [censored]! You could always take the trunk off then you don't have to worry about the rattles
