buy a four unit apartment or town home/condo rent it out for a little more then your full principal morguage payment and your renters will pay off your morguage and the surpluss cash goes in your pocket every month,
then in five years take out a equity loan on the property and get another apartment building and do the same thing.

mutual funds are a pretty safe way to do things...
if you're really serious about investment you should pick up a book about economics...
every time i see gangster movies or drug movies, it makes me want to become a coke dealer though!!

no i just thought it was funny that i just saw the same thing on tv last night. i thought it was a good idea, are you doing that? i'd assume after making a few large purchases and selling them one could make quite a few dollars. (the infomercial showed a couple boasting 200k-250k$ a year)
