Try doing a search in 'Troubleshooting' (all posts) for 'Flashing O/D'
Generally, if you havn't changed the ATX fluid, lately, you should. Some say that adding the Lucas Transmission additive helps in smoothing out shifting. There is also a sensor on the top of the tranny that might need reseating.
