Well I'd camp but the guys I'm with don't. A 350Z doesn't hold a lot of camping gear too.
It's also not fun to camp when driving such a long distance. Nice to have showers and a nice bed. It's about 12 hours. When we go to the SCCA Pro Rallye in the U.P. it's 9 hrs. and we don't even leave the state.
I think we might even take a detour to run the Dragon. It adds 1.5 hrs ot the trip according to Street & Trips and it's only an extra 13 miles as opposed to the quickest route from G.R., MI to our hotel in Suwanee, GA.
