Ive had 3 magnaflows in my life,, and i will never buy anythng else,, all i have to say is they rock.. go with the magnaflow,, they have a lifetime warrenty,, flowmasdter only has 1year,, the magnaflow has a nice deep tone to it when on WOT,, and there is no rasp,,, here a pic of mine,,
