search to find out what people think about it, as i dont really know, better system IMHO would be a K&N 3530 and a heatshield in place of the stock system, leaving in the fender snorkel
and if you add this no you will not have to do any exhaust mods, although you should do them anyway, helps out alot

I agree The reverse cone does have it's drawbacks A MAF adapter and a K&N Filter are a solid pick

thats kinda what you are looking for but not quite here is the filter i was talking about filter to use it you have to get a MAF adapter, you can get one here MAF adapter and the headshield i am talking about is something you have to make custom, here is a thread about making one heatshield overall you will get better performance with the above listed then the k&n you listed, lots of people are using the one i have described and have had good results, the main thing is the heatshield, since we are in the hot season you will got a lot of heatsoak without one and yes it will give you a throatier sound i can help you more with install when you get the parts

Ok guys thnx for all the help but i dont feel comfortable building something and boltin it on. I just dont think i have the skilll.
But i still am lookin for a kit that i can bolt on.
Ok heres the kind of stipulations i have. a. my car has 204,000 miles b. my dad is a stickler about leavin it totally stock c. and i am not super familiar with engines.
so what do u guys think. i mean i aint gunna be like racing the thing i just want it to sound good and look good. but i still like the performance perks.
