I was just about to post that I felt bad for you, but now that I see this part - I only feel bad for your brother... I hope you lose your license - there is NEVER a good reason to drive drunk, and anyone that thinks there is needs to get themselves or a friend killed by an [censored] who is driving drunk and maybe they will change their minds...
