Hi everyone, the perfomance shop i take my car to is sponsored by Apex-i. He really loves my car and want more svt's to come down.....Since he is connected with Apex-t, he is in the process of designing a full cat back system that is BOLT ON to all contours!!! Is anyone interested??? Apex is a high quality company from japan. the system will feature the Apex and 1 stainless steel muffler and a full stainless steel 2/5" piping from the cat....Top quality stuff and the best part is that it is bolt on!!!

let me know

oh yea i ended up installing the konis, so they are not for sale anymore.....And they are AWSOME!!!!!!!

So it's a single exhaust for non-SVT's. (being as you state only one muffler)

...also .4" piping (2/5) is tiny... wink Do you mean 2.5" single exhaust piping?

An aftermarket exhaust should just be a Bolt-On... The stock exhaust is a bolt on...

BTW japanese steel sucks. I know - I lived there for almost 3 years... They import most of their metal used from the US so it drives the prices way up... (don't even think about buying wood over there - yikes! eek )

How about some dyno numbers and prices when available... REAL numbers, not crank guesstimates too...

Someone with an Apexi cat-back and weapon-R intake on their V6 automatic Cougar only dynoed at 123.4hp yesterday. That's not very much power over stock and it sounded raspy on the dyno...

Mus27,

Would you're apex'i hook-up happen to know how to wire up a super AFC to a contour? I know it must be possible, but the shops around here don't seem to think so.

TIA

Like a Bassani, but deeper. The Bassani has a more brassy tone. I will post sound clips soon. Homestead is down right now.

Those pipes remind me of the GReddy exhaust I had on my 95 Probe GT.....HUGE tips!! How much did that set up cost him w/ the catalytic? Did he pick up any power with that set-up?

Wow... That's a really clean exhaust setup...

Basically looks like an optimized stock design. Took out all the flaws!
