it there anyway to disconnect the middle seat the belt( its in the way when i fold down my seats) without just cutting the belt off, that belt is an annoyance when i fold down my seats for my system, and it looks just plain stupid sticking out when the seats are down. thanks in advance ~later~

The special tool you need is a paper clip. If you look hard at the buckle you will find a small hole to stick the end of a streightened paper clip into to release the buckle.

It is in the chrome buckle where it joins down near the seat. Every one I have ever looked at has the release hole. It is very small, only slightly larger than the diameter of a paper clip.

iirc, you can unbolt it forn under the seat and pop off the plastic cover on the rear deck and unbolt it from there and then it's off.

Yeah, or you could just read the owner's manual to see how to PROPERLY disconnect it.
