Just out of curiosity where do you find it to be optimistic? The weight savings I quoted are pessimistic to me. I just gave a round about figure to some things off the top of my head, i will remove, remove, remove until it is at least 2350 lbs. I have no problems with dropping creature comforts as long as the ride quality and saftey are not compromised...Thanks for your input though and will seek you out if any suspension problems arise.

About the time frame for the installation (99svtguy) We have agreed not to rush it, i can drive the focus (with a whopping 130 hp) until the motor is done then make the swap. I dont want to rush it, i want to take my time and get it right the first time. We are however hoping to have it completed by NOPI. laugh Do the dyno comps there have classes? Like n/a v6? Maybe I could get the tires to chirp a little in the burnout competition wink Either way, I would like to have the motor in by the NOPI Nat's. I think I will be the only one with a 3.0 ZX3 there, either way, it would be fun. I will be doing SZ next year!!! Hope to see lots of people there, especially the s/c svt's wink
