OKAY I installed the MLP sensor and aligned it. I put my car back into Park, started the car and then shifted into Reverse. My car just reved up when I stepped on the gas. I put it in Nuetral and it moved forward and couldn't push it back. I put it in Drive and it drove as I stepped on the gas. I didn't want to go to far because I may need to use the Reverse. ahhh! I have no Reverse!

With your foot on the brake, try moving the shifter slowly between park and drive to see if you can find reverse.

well I tried this but I didn't find Reverse. I can see and feel the engine move as if it were cathing a gear in Reverse, but the car does not move anywhere. I have tried every gear and I can't find a way to move the car. It is almost off my drive-way! I can't push it in Nuetral because it still wants to go forward. It is atleast doing one thing right, Driving in Drive! If I tow it to the Ford dealership, It will be tough to get it off the tow trunck.

Is there any other cables, linkages, sensors, etc I can replace or adjust.

Donā??t bring it to the Ford dealership for a transmission problem! Unless you want to pay double! A good shop should be able to install a rebuilt for $1400 to $2000.

Turn the engine off and get some friends to push it back up the driveway.

I can try pushing this car all day long. It wouldn't even back off the flat bed tow truck! It doesn't want to do anywhere but forward and I don't know for how long.

I'm kinda confused. If your car is off and you put it in neutral, can you push the car backward? Forward? With the car in neutral, drive, reverse, etc. you should be albe to push the car forward or backwards. taking the car out of park unlocks the parking pawl in the atx and from there the solonoid pack takes over when running. With the atx off, there is no pressure, thus the car should be able to be pushed forward or backwards.... Did you align the sensor when you put it back on?

That sounds like the problem at first glance. The MLP must be aligned properly for it to work. There's a thread in the Transaxle forum that explains how to align the range sensor, complete with pictures. Try searching for "range sensor" and it should come up.
