Yes, they use the exact same shortblock with 2 exceptions:
1) Main studs/bolts are in slightly different locations since they have a unique windage tray, pickup screen, and oil pan. Hole locations are the same.
2) Coolant cup plugs in valley of block are installed in different location. Jag/LS use the foward hole and plug the rear. All other Duratecs plug the front and use the rear.
