231HP from the 3L is pathetic output though.
Take into account all the "extras" (DAMB, VVT, Intake, CR, Spark Curve, etc) over a normal Duratec and it's downright embarassing IMO.

I had more then that with my 2.5L without even doing any engine or head related work.

All bolt ons and home brew mods. (~192 = 235-238 crank)

Then I added headers & duals... Exactly...
