The opposite. Better rims and tires (shameless plug) and front suspension (springs and strut valving and A-arms were modified for the later models). The rear suspension design on all contours (95-00) is the same design just with different springs and struts.

Call SVT with you VIN to get your build number... Then let Toadster know...

About the chip. Use the search feature. There have been a few very long threads with everyone rating their chips. Some seem to work great. Other just seem to induce detonation... Also remember. A chip that works great now will likely need to be reprogrammed after a bunch of mods...

Hey Sam you should come to the Nor. Cal. CEG meet on july 22nd. We got one guy who has a superchip, along with other guys who have the y-pipes. You can decide which you want more. Go to the Nor. Cal. forums and check in. Later
