Ahh, i finally found this problem out....
When you remove the 2 bolts (or 1 and other snapped off) and it wont come off, get a flat head screw driver that fits into the hole (not resting on the threads0 get a Hammer, and hit it a few times out, then get a file when its out, and file the rust down
